NTER connects travellers, operators, government, investors and communities on one sovereign platform — so that every journey in Rwanda is safe, authentic and good for the land and its people.
Sovereign by design
Data, rules and revenue logic stay under national governance. Partners integrate; they do not own the platform.
Community first
Hosts and cooperatives receive auditable revenue, and cultural products require named consent before listing.
Safety has the final word
The Safety & Risk engine can override any listing, itinerary or campaign — no exceptions.
